All assignments for this course will be submitted electronically, via file shares accessible from your university login.
Each week, you will complete the assignment and then store your answers to the exercises in the appropriate folder on your share.
Your work should be copied to the file share by the start of the lab section each Wednesday. Time stamps will be checked and late homework will not be accepted. Please note that it is your responsibility to submit the homework on time. It is not my responsibility to make sure that the share is available, networks are working, etc. If the campus network crashes ten minutes before lab starts and you have not yet submitted your assignment, you may be out of luck.

Please leave your .class files in the directory for the assignment, along with your Java files. This will assist the TA as he grades your work.
To access the shared drive from some campus computers, you need to map a network drive. Assuming you're using Windows, the directions are as follows:
If you're coming from off-campus, the directions are more complicated. You must first download the VPN software, which will let your computer act is if it were located on-campus. Follow these steps:
Once the software is installed, you will need to log on to the VPN every time you wish to access the shared drive. You can do this by pressing the "connect" button. Once you are connected, you will map the appropriate drive, using steps similar to those followed above. Note that there is one crucially important difference: you must choose the login correctly:
