Notes:

1. Dates of the examination:  January 13, 2010, January 15, 2010

2. Time 9AM – 12.30 PM. 

3. Closed book, and no consultation or communication in the classroom during the examination.

4. No electronics: cell phone, calculator, etc...

5. You can appear for one or more sections of the examination (however, remember that you must pass the all 4 sections within 2 attempts)

6. Each section has Pass or Fail grade (your result will be known within one week, please see Dr. Karne in person for your result or email him after the exam). 

7. Each section has one hour time duration; during this one hour, you can't leave the classroom. There are total of 6 sections (you must pass any 4 sections). The time slot for each section is as follows:

      9.10 - 10.10 Algorithms

    10.10 - 10.20  Break

     10.20 - 11.20 Networks

    11.20 - 11.30  Break

    11.30 - 12.30 Project Management

  January 15, 2010      (Friday)

    Arrive at 9AM sharp in classroom YR405 

    9.10 - 10.10  Database 

10.10 – 10.20 Break  

    10.20 - 11.20  Software Engineering

11.20 – 11.30 Break

11.30 – 12.30 Operating Systems

8. If you are planning to appear for one or more sections of the examination, then you should only be present in the classroom for those sections. If you are not giving an examination for a given section, please do not come to the classroom for that slot.

9. Only soft drinks are allowed in the classroom.

10. In order to register for the exam, you must send an email to Dr.Karne indicating which sections you plan to attend. (rkarne@towson.edu).
